Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 8777p ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These T&C govern your access to and use of the 8777p website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, payment services, and all associated features available at 8777p.org.

By registering an account, logging in, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 8777p platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these T&C in their entirety, including any additional policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms. If you do not agree to these T&C, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility and Permitted Users

Access to the 8777p platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. 8777p reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility criteria are not or cease to be met.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and accessing the platform from within Bangladesh.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or agent of 8777p, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must register and use only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be closed, and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep that information current throughout your use of the platform.

8777p does not knowingly permit access to the platform by persons who do not meet the above criteria. If you become aware that a person under 21 has accessed the platform using your credentials, you must notify 8777p immediately via the support email. 8777p accepts no liability for use of the platform by underage individuals where that access was facilitated by an account holder.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access betting markets, casino games, and financial services on 8777p, you must register a personal account. Registration is completed by providing your Bangladesh mobile number, a chosen password, and any additional identity information requested during the registration flow. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

Identity Verification (KYC)

8777p may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold, when suspicious activity is detected, or as required by the platform's risk management procedures. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) and proof of the mobile banking account used for transactions. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8777p login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person, including individuals claiming to be 8777p support staff. 8777p will never ask you for your password. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 8777p immediately.

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for other websites or applications.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings for additional protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8777p platform are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). 8777p supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via selected Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 8777p, though your mobile banking provider may impose its own daily transaction limits.

Deposit Conditions

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the 8777p platform:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• 8777p does not charge a platform-side deposit fee. Your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges separately.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact 8777p support immediately with the transaction reference number.
• 8777p reserves the right to reject a deposit if it originates from a source that cannot be verified or that is associated with suspicious activity.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your 8777p wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the verified mobile banking account or bank account that was used for the most recent deposit, unless account details have been formally updated via the KYC process.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified at the time the bonus was granted. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your 8777p wallet.
• 8777p reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while identity verification, fraud investigation, or responsible gaming review is pending. Withdrawals will be released promptly once any such review is concluded.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

8777p may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is launched. The general conditions below apply to all 8777p promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• A bonus may only be claimed once per eligible user unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 8777p reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel an ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses and promotional funds cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements, or used to meet the minimum balance requirement for account closure payout.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting patterns to satisfy rollover requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other users to exploit an offer — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5. Betting Rules and Platform Use

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the 8777p platform, including cricket betting markets, virtual sports, and in-play markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 8777p does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except in cases where 8777p determines that a market was offered in error.
• In the event of a technical error, system outage, or data feed failure that affects the integrity of a betting market, 8777p reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• 8777p may impose minimum and maximum stake limits on individual markets, events, or bet types. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change.
• 8777p reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account where unusual patterns are detected, including but not limited to suspected match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or use of automated betting tools.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8777p platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited (in whole or in part), and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 8777p.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or under another identity.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using or attempting to use software, bots, algorithms, or any automated means to interact with the platform, gain an unfair advantage, or exploit errors in odds or game outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8777p staff, agents, or other users through any communication channel.

8777p's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these T&C. 8777p will exercise its discretion reasonably and in good faith when investigating suspected violations.

7. Responsible Gaming

8777p is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. The platform is for adult entertainment only and is not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. 8777p provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion may be requested for a period of between 30 days and 12 months, or on a permanent basis.

Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Requests to reactivate an account before the exclusion period has expired will not be accepted. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8777p shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other financial loss. 8777p's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising from these T&C shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8777p does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that game outcomes, odds, or account data will be free from errors in all circumstances. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. 8777p will endeavour to notify users in advance of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8777p platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of 8777p or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 8777p. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights in any platform content.

10. Amendments to These Terms

8777p reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Where a material change is made, 8777p will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform itself. It is your responsibility to review the T&C periodically for changes.

Your continued use of the 8777p platform after any amendment to these T&C comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised T&C, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the 8777p support team.

11. Contact and Dispute Resolution

If you have a question, complaint, or dispute relating to your 8777p account, a transaction, a bet outcome, or any other aspect of the platform, please contact the 8777p support team in the first instance. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in both English and Bangla. 8777p aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days.
